GUIDE TO PARLIAMENT HOUSH
Press Rooms : When the Houses of Parliament are in Session, a large number of
Press Correspondents representing newspapers and news agencies in India and abroad
attend the Press Galleries of the two Houses.

Three suitably furnished rooms on the First Floor are placed at the disposal of
Press Correspondents where they sit and prepare their parliamentary despatches.
There are twelve telephone booths provided in these rooms. Some of the tele­
phone booths are reserved for important newspapers and news agencies where tele­
phones are installed by them at their own expense. Lockers have also been provided
in the Press Rooms to enable the Press Correspondems to keep their papers.
