PANDIT MOTILAL NEHRU
As one enters the Parliament House Estate from
Sansad Marg side, one can see in the lawns on the left,
a majestic bronze statue of Pandit Motilal Nehru, 3.75
metres in height, standing on a sand-stone pedestal
about 4.36 metres high.
The statue was sculptured by D. P. Roychow-
dhury and donated by the Motilal Nehru Centenary
Committee.
It was unveiled by Dr. S. Radhakrishnan, President
of India, on the 6th May, 1963.
